This calendar contains all events and
use of facilities planned for Blessed Sacrament. It
is the official place to check dates, times and
locations whether for something next week or next
year. Any event or use of a facility must be cleared
through this calendar before it can be scheduled.

Organization
Events are listed by time
from the beginning until the end of the day. Events
of a similar type are distinguished by color. For
example Sports events, Parish Meetings, Worship,
Religious Education each have a different color so
you can find them more easily. Each listing includes
the room location, time frame, and brief title. If
the title is underlined it will open a box with more
detailed information when you click on it.
You can filter the
calendar by location and see only the events at that
location by clicking on “Include calendar filter” in
the upper right hand corner and selecting the
location(s) you wish to isolate.

events
Parish
Organizations looking to plan an event should check
this calendar first to see if the time and place are
available. Coaches and heads of school or parish
organizations can then fill out a reservation form
with Helen Stanley, the parish secretary, to reserve
space. Her email is helenm@blessedsacrament.org.
Once approved, all events are posted live to the
parish calendar.
Personal Reminders
The calendar will
send you reminders in advance of events if you
“subscribe” to the calendar. Click on the “Subscribe
to Calendar” button and check-off the events for
which you want early notification. You can even pick
how early the notice is sent.
