Confirmation 2013-2014-Look for Registration Forms in August

  All Year I and Year II candidates must register for class.  Registration is online this year and paid through PayPal or credit card.  Click to register online.  Below you may print out paper forms of the registration and mail them.

• Year I Entire Registration Form-includes Year I documents to be signed which are not included with online registration. .

  • If you registered online, you need only these Year I documents.  Please print, sign and send into the parish house.

• Year II Entire Registration Form -includes Year II documents to be signed which are not included with online registration.

  • If you registered online, you need only these Year II documents. Please print, sign and send into the parish house.
